Soooo, this is a replacement item. Yes, I returned the toiletry pouch because the leather is damaged and although I'm crazy about it, I wouldn't turn a blind eye for that price... I could have bought me new shoes for that price. It was not a nice experience as you guys can imagine. Gucci didn't allow me to return it at first but I insisted as I got proof that I recorded an unboxing the same day I got it. They made me wait for a bit but then they allowed me to bring it back but I waited again as they needed to inspect the item and their main office to approve.

I got a message that I can come by to the store any time to discuss it. When I went, they said that they asked for another stock to be delivered, as I requested, but they were sold out "every where" and they are not in production as of that time and since it was part of last cruise collection, it could be the last of it. Sad day for me. Although it is still on their website. I still think they let me buy that possibly returned piece and made me all giddy and then boom, I had to go thru this system. I was at fault for not checking, tho. Lesson learned: not ALL luxe brands have the highest of the quality so examine it very well, inside and out, before you purchase. 🙄

They said I have 30 days to decide if I still want that item or replace it with a new one. DUH, no thanks. My second option was this cosmetic bag and my SA already prepared to show this to me. But the catch was, this was more expensive and I really wanted to keep my budget. I went around the store and got an Ace sneaker and a GG belt. I told the SA I would get those instead but I got the shock of my life... IT DOESN'T WORK LIKE THAT!!! I have to get only ONE piece for replacement... no combination of items. So there. The end. 😒
