Seeing my progress in a graph, rather than relying only on the scale, has helped me understand the bigger picture of weight loss — the fluctuations, the plateaus, the dips, and the real trends that matter. I also talk about why progress photos, measurements, and visual data can be more motivating (and more accurate!) than just one number.
