Why don't I use soap much? Well...
Most soaps contain bad ingredients
Soaps can interfere with natural oil production of skin
Soaps can interfere with vitamin D absorption
Soaps can interfere with a healthy microbiome
And don't even get me started on antibacterial soap! That stuff is so bad for you.
So what's my solution, not bathing? No! I bathe pretty frequently, I just don't lather up my whole body. Instead, I use soap on my pits and my bits, if you know what I mean, and just rinse the rest of my body.
