Описание: High pressure reaction laboratory spherical test cells in their research and development phase were successfully burst tested within our KW Pressure Testing facility.

Hydrostatic pressure is applied to each sphere individually at a carefully controlled rate, as per specific instructions and test parameters, carried out in one of our safely enclosed test bays, which is equipped with video monitoring and recording equipment until the sphere bursts, helping to define the safe working parameters of the components.

Our pressure test engineers are extremely proud of their ongoing relationship, testing on behalf of the group, which are renowned for producing innovative scientific instruments and automation software designed for key processes in chemistry and biology applications globally.

The spherical test cells are developed and manufactured by highly skilled scientists and engineers with a mission with chemistry, safety and biotechnology experts to work together and unleash the full potential of the scientific community.

A full documentation pack for each component includes a test certificate confirming burst pressure, a test engineer’s report, a test chart confirming failure pressure and a video showing the mode and point of failure were provided.
