On The Big Story, in the wake of the Hyderabad rape and murder case, the Andhra Pradesh cabinet gave unanimous consent to a Bill that proposes completion of the police investigation in rape cases in one week from the day the case was reported to the police. It further includes a provision to award punishment to those found guilty in cases of rape within 21 working days from the day the offence was registered. WATCH!
