Описание: Kerala Local Body Elections 2025 | കോഴിക്കോട് കോർപറേഷനിൽ എൽ.ഡി.എഫിൽ സീറ്റുധാരണ. ആകെയുള്ള 76 വാർഡുകളിൽ സിപിഎം 59 സീറ്റിൽ മത്സരിക്കും. സിപിഐയും ആർജെഡിയും അഞ്ചു സീറ്റുകളിൽ ജനവിധി തേടും. വിജയ സാധ്യത കുറഞ്ഞ ഡിവിഷനുകൾ മാറ്റി നൽകണമെന്ന ആർജെഡി ആവശ്യം അംഗീകരിച്ചില്ല. മേയർ ബീനാ ഫിലിപ്പ് മത്സരിക്കില്ല..ഡെപ്യൂട്ടി മേയർ സി.പി. മുസാഫിർ അഹമ്മദാണ് മേയർ സ്ഥാനാർത്ഥി. വൈകിട്ടാണ് സ്ഥാനാർത്ഥി പ്രഖ്യാപനം.

Seat allocation has been finalized within the LDF for the Kozhikode Corporation. Out of the total 76 wards, the CPM will contest in 59. The CPI and RJD will each contest in five wards. The RJD’s request to be given divisions with better winning prospects was not accepted. Mayor Beena Philip will not contest this time. Deputy Mayor C.P. Musafir Ahmad will be the mayoral candidate. The official announcement of candidates will be made in the evening.
