We have found that there is a lot of information on longevity and healthspan being published that we are following and we thought it would be useful to our audience to create a newsletter summarizing some of the most interesting topics that we have found. This is our fifth newsletter. We welcome your feedback on topics that would be useful to you. Also if you find any events that you think could be shared please let us know.
In this week's episode we congratulate Dr. Sebastiano on receiving an award from the Paul F. Glenn center and AFAR.
We look at two papers, one from a tweet by Dr. Sinclair looking at aspirin as a suppressor of colon cancer and another about mTORC1 and sarcopenia. As part of a microbiome study in Hong Kong I am sending my poop off to be analysed and we have two online events to introduce.
