I received some questions about my audition at Berklee and I decided to record my "Prepared Piece", which I played there. I decided to do something different and instead of playing only one song, I did a mash-up of songs from one of my favorite bands (Dream Theater, Opeth, Rush in a medley) and I played over a drumless version. In the end, I play a traditional bulgarian rhythm in 11/8 called "Kopanitsa". Many thanks to Stoyan Yankulov - Стунджи who showed me how to play it in his studio! 🥁
