How to Stencil a Concrete Floor - Concrete Stencil DIY Ep. 4

Описание: In this video I show you how to paint a concrete patio floor in 5 easy steps. I show you and tell you what to use and what mistakes to avoid. This is a budget friendly task that only took me a few hours on a Saturday morning to complete! This stencil project is part of the larger "lockdown" backyard patio makeover. WHAT DO YOU NEED?
1. A stencil (my stencil came from Rhythmic Walls Design, Leslie Nesbitt CEO)
2. Your preferred color of porch and patio paint (I used the Lowes brand, Valspar)
3. 4 inch roller, a handle and a tray
4. Stiff/hard art sponges or a kitchen sponge cut into small pieces
5. Towels for rolling some of the paint off the roller before you stencil
6. Something to cover the area you don't want paint to get on. I used cardboard.
7. Bucket with water for quick clean up
8. Krudcutter paint remove for cleaning your stencil off if paint builds up on the back (this makes the paint bleed on the edges and you lose the crisp edges)
9. Concrete sealer (I used Behr Wet look concrete sealer for painted concrete from Home Depot)

RECOMMENDED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL
1. Gardners kneeling bench and kneeling pad. (my knees thanked me!)
