Описание: The movie shows a ride with one of the largest, coal fired steam engines in Europe, the French SNCF 241 A 65 Mountain type steam engine pulling a train through the Heart of Switzerland, i.e. the Emmental region. The journey begins in Ostermundigen near Berne and follows the single track route from Berne to Lucerne until Langnau. In Langnau, the train changes direction to run with the engine tender first from Langnau to Burgdorf. Once again, the train changes direction to run on the former mainline Zurich - Berne back to Ostermundigen, where the happy passengers disembark. The excursion took place in 2002. At the time of posting this moving, the 241 A 65 continues to pull excursion trains.
