Consistency over intensity

It’s much more effective to drip things over a period of time and do them consistently.
Rather than doing a whole bunch of work on a Sunday then stopping for 6 days consider ideas such as:
✅ strength training for at least 20 minutes a day (3-5 days a week) to start.
✅ walking for 10-15 minutes on your lunch hour 5 days a week.
✅ walking after every dinner for 10 minutes.
Often, simply by making the smaller commitment you’ll feel like it’s doable and it will turn into something longer.
It’s not too late to start!
