A court pronounced sentence in the deadly 2005 Delhi Serial Blasts that killed 67 and left 200 injured. While the mastermind was sentenced to 10 years in prison, two other accused, Mohammed Rafiq Shah and Mohammed Hussain Fazili, were, however, acquitted of all charges triggering allegations that police botched up investigation into the serial blasts.
The court charge sheeted Tariq Ahmed Dar for his association with Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) operatives. And the other two for waging war against the state, conspiring, collecting arms, murder and attempt to murder, but the court observed that the Delhi police failed miserably to prove these charges.
While the 4th accused in the case is now dead and the others are said to be not guilty for the deadly blasts, who really is the terrorist that butchered all those innocents is the question.
