But, that doesn’t have to mean we have to be stuck in holiday depression, either. It just means we get to learn to do things differently. Just because there is family drama or there are strong boundaries within those family relationships doesn’t mean the holiday season can’t still be enjoyable…even if it looks different than they have in years past or you’re not celebrating with people you might still love, but aren’t good for your mental health.
