We opted for their lunch set, which includes a starter & main or a main & dessert – and of course, we couldn’t resist splurging on a glass of Burgundy Côte de Nuits to elevate the experience.

Here’s what we ordered:
🍣 Starter: Salmon Tataki with Shiso & Teriyaki Vinegar – fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seared.
🥢 Main 1: Salmon with Beetroot Pickles & Miso Emulsion – light yet rich with umami notes.
🥩 Main 2: Chimichurri Sirloin with Pont Neuf Fries – juicy steak with crispy, addictive fries.
🍋 Dessert: Lemon Meringue Tart with Yuzu & Lemon Zest – zesty, sweet, and oh-so-satisfying.
🍷 Wine: Burgundy Côte de Nuits – a vibrant and earthy red that paired beautifully with both mains.

Beyond the food, we absolutely loved Kong’s chic, eclectic decor designed by Philippe Starck – the transparent chairs with illustrated faces, the bold wallpaper, and the glass-domed ceiling that lets you soak in Paris from above.
