Welcome to the 8 day January challenge. I have created 8 consecutive days of pilates workouts that will be uploaded for you to start the new year off in the best way! I had so much fun creating these workouts and hope you enjoy them. This first workout is an express 5 minute back workout that will leave you wanting more.
