Blake Kirsch is a third-generation Realtor® proudly serving the Upstate of South Carolina. A top graduate of Boiling Springs High School, Blake went on to earn a degree in Finance and Economics from Wofford College. Today, he is one of the most trusted and recognized names in South Carolina real estate.

Blake’s dedication to his community is reflected in his service on the Board of Directors for The Cancer Association of Spartanburg & Cherokee Counties and The Charles Lea Center. He is also a former board member of the Spartanburg Art Museum.

Before committing full-time to real estate, Blake built a reputation as a marketing expert. He owned Spartanburg Social, a successful public relations firm, and worked with The Palladian Group in Spartanburg and Edelman—the world’s largest PR firm—in Sydney, Australia.

Real estate runs deep in Blake’s blood. His family owns three Century 21 franchises in Spartanburg, Boiling Springs, and Greenville. He joined the family business at just 18 years old and quickly rose to the top. In both 2023 and 2024, he was the #1 agent for Century 21 Blackwell & Co. in units sold and gross closed commission.

Blake lives in Greer with his partner, Nick Martin, a Captain for American Airlines, and their beloved dog, Brodie. In his spare time, he enjoys working out at Orangetheory Greer, playing Mahjong, needlepointing, and doting on their lively flock of over 40 chickens, turkeys, geese, and ducks.

He is also the owner of BNB on Bowen, the premier Airbnb on Lake Bowen in Spartanburg. On YouTube and his podcast platforms, Blake shares insightful content to help families relocating to South Carolina, as well as locals buying or selling a home. His content is both practical and personable—much like his approach to real estate.
