Mugwort tea is easy to harvest and cure. Never take more than 1/3 of the plant. Cut and rubber band the stocks together and then hang for two weeks. At that point it’s then dry for storing in a glass jar.
I drink it becauee it gives me a better mood, I think it helps my tummy and it purports to also give you good dreams!
