This lecture continues the analysis of Homi Bhabha's "The Other Question." It explores Bhabha's "four term strategy" for understanding stereotypical racial discourse: fetishism, metaphor, metonymy, and the forms of identification available to the imaginary. This framework helps understand how colonial discourse constructs the "Other" through complex psychological and representational processes.
