This vlog is a reflection of one such simple and emotional day in my life.
My day started with a lazy and cozy morning, followed by an easy homemade breakfast. Lunch was nothing special — we adjusted with leftovers — and for dinner, I cooked a very simple and plain rice bath that truly soothed my mind. Along with it, I prepared fish using a masala I had already shared in my previous video.
After dinner, I cleaned up the kitchen, washed the vessels, and went straight to bed — choosing rest over pressure. This vlog is all about real life, low-energy days, simple cooking, and finding comfort in everyday routines.
Not every day is perfect, and that’s okay. If you’ve ever felt emotionally tired or low on energy, I hope this video makes you feel less alone.
