Описание: Chhota Ladakh is located 80 kms away from Electronic City Phase I, Bengaluru. A place with good vibes, loads of greenery & rocks around and feeling of tranquility. A small trip but an amazing one. If you want to take a short journey and still a memorable one, this is a must go to place.

The Parking here is free. There is nothing to eat or drink, here therefore you will have make arrangements for food and beverages if planning to visit. Best time to visit this place is the Sunrise or the Sunset time.

Take a picnic basket and sit here in the surroundings of beauteous nature, green hills and pleasant atmosphere. You can relax and chill here away from the chaos and hustle-bustle of the city.

Tips on doing a trip to Chota Ladakh from Bangalore:

1. Wear comfortable shoes.
2. Avoid going in the dark.
3. Carry your water bottles, there is no such provision there.
4. There is no provision of public toilets around.
5. Be careful around the edges of the quarry. Do remember it is a 200ft deep quarry!!
6. Some people trek down to the water but that is highly discouraged.
7. You are not allowed to stay here post evening for obvious safety reasons. Police patrol the area and ask people to leave by maximum 4:00pm. So, do time your trip accordingly.
8. If the day is sunny, carry an umbrella as there is no shade in this region.

Although it didn’t happen with us but we have heard (and read) that at times villagers might come and demand a small “fee” for parking the car there. It doesn’t hurt to give away a small note for the safety of your car while you enjoy a picnic up at the hilltop.
