What is Rookies FM?
Rookies FM is an international radio platform connecting emerging DJs from around the world, from Paris to Australia. Our mission is simple: highlight up-and-coming DJs and give them full creative freedom.
Originally founded in Paris by DJ 2Z as an event-driven project, Rookies evolved into an international radio station after expanding to Australia. In collaboration with Rama, Rookies FM was born, hosting DJ sessions and interviews between Paris, Adelaide, and Melbourne. Season 1 featured 8 DJs across multiple cities.
Season 2 introduces a new format: live recorded sessions in front of a small audience, filmed and shared as listening parties. Four DJs, four unique moments, 50-minute sets.
