My Initial thoughts as a sort of review on the first 2 episodes of Star Trek: Starfleet Academy and what I'll be covering as the series unfolds. My impressions are overall positive which is surprising considering the academy setting and scenario presented in the show. The Federation in a post Burn 32nd Century is an era that I don't mind exploring although I would have preferred a series of this genre to be set a little earlier in the timeline.
