Please join the Atlantic Council’s Eurasia Center and Global Business & Economics Program for a timely discussion on the content and implications of the “Kremlin Report.”

Last year President Donald Trump signed H.R. 3364, Countering America’s Adversaries Through Sanctions Act, into law. Its Section 241 called on “the Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Director of National Intelligence and the Secretary of State” to submit to Congress a detailed report on an “identification of the most significant senior foreign political figures and oligarchs in the Russian Federation, as determined by their closeness to the Russian regime and their net worth.” After months of nervous anticipation for Russia’s ruling elite, including reports of senior Russian figures approaching US government officials and distancing themselves from Vladimir Putin, the administration published the report on January 29. This event will convene a panel of experts to discuss who is in the “Kremlin Report” and what comes next.
