After seeing millions of women leave the workforce in 2020 and 2021, the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce and TARRA, an entrepreneurial women’s community, have sought to explore the solutions to the unique challenges faced by professional women during our 2021 Executive Roundtable Conversation Series and extensive research conducted by Metropolitan State University.
The final session of the series culminated with an in-depth review of lessons learned and a proposal for solutions at the live stream event: CWCC + TARRA's State of Women in Business, presented by Amazon.
