A Barnsley Chronicle special. The Barnsley singer and songwriter Dave Cherry pokes fun at another bottleneck in the town.
Using the tune to his ‘Stairfoot Randabart’ song, made in 2004, which made over £23k for the Barnsley hospice, Dave sings this new version.
Megan Riley contacted Dave as her 3 year old daughter Sofia sings the song all the time.
She composed the new words to the tune to fit the cross roads where the old roundabout used to be.
