Today, I’m in Doha, where the sea is teeming with beautiful swimming crabs. In this video, I’ll show you how to transform these "proper" live blue crabs into a delicious, traditional Japanese Crab Rice (Kanimeshi) that tastes just like the iconic station bentos back in Japan.
It’s a bit of a faff to pick out all the meat, but I promise you, it’s well worth the effort!
