Описание: Seixal is a delightful town located just across the Tagus River from Lisbon. It is only 20 minutes away (accessible by car, train, bus or ferry) but it is quiet and quaint and authentically Portuguese. Seixal is known for its long history of salt production and it is still produced there today and is an important part of the local economy. There is a long walking path along the river where you can walk, run or bike ride and the town has several parks and green spaces where you can hike or just get some quiet time to reflect or meditate. In the summer you will find people enjoying sunbathing, boating and kayaking. Join me, Laura Undecided, as I explore this hidden gem.
