We headed down to Eureka Springs for the weekend so that we could explore the city as well as kayak on Beaver Lake! Eureka Springs is an incredibly hilly town, with buildings that look like they're almost sitting on top of each other because of the hills! There are so many things to do in the city, you can do city walking tours, ghost tours, shop your heart out, or eat at many different restaurants! We had cooked breakfast in our airbnb, so our first stop of the day was an ice cream shop to have some of the best ice cream we've ever had: maple bacon bourbon! We left Eureka Springs and headed towards Beaver Lake, our other stop of the day. We had found a spot called Van Winkle Hollow to put our kayak in at, and it did not disappoint. We were one of two kayakers there, so we were really able to enjoy the water despite it being a weekend. We had an incredible time out on the water before heading back to pick up Ella from doggy daycare. Our last stop in Eureka Springs was Inspiration point, and we arrived at the perfect time - just as the sun was setting! This was such an incredible sunset spot, make sure it's on your list of must-do's while in Eureka Springs! Happy travels :)
