Restoration of a Majorette Mercedes 350SL No.213 from ebay.
Some minor work was needed, the hood had surface inperfection, the rear bumper was bent upwards and the trunk was stuck shut.
The car had been repainted blue but the original color was yellow, that was the choice of this restoration.
My original color choice was the Humbrol enamel 99 but the paint that I had and the one I just brought was lumpy and unusable.
I chose the yellow Tamiya X8 and several clear coats of Tamiya X22
