This workshop offers a practical overview of how Waldo County towns can plan, scope, and fund local road and culvert projects. Viewers will learn:

How to use regional culvert data to identify priority sites
Which state and federal grants fit each stage of the process
Tips for combining (“stacking”) funds and planning for multi-year projects
