First method is writing with another marker on the permanent marker stain. All you need is a dry erase marker, whiteboard eraser, spray bottle with water and paper towels. Now trace over the writing with the dry erase marker. Then use white board eraser and at last spray water on the board and wipe it off properly with paper towels.

Another method is alcohol method that means removing permanent marker stain with alcohol. Soak a paper towel into a good amount of rubbing alcohol then start wiping the board. It may take you some minutes but the stain will surely go away. You can also use hand sanitizer instead of rubbing alcohol.
