Technical details and comments
This Warwick Streamer LX 5 LTD 2008 (Germany) has natural transparent satin finish, Madrona Burl top on a Swamp Ash body. Flamed Maple neck with Ekanga veneer stripes, matched headstock. Tigerstripe Ebony fingerboard with 24 frets, 34" scale

Pickups are MEC TJ/TJ (Twin-J / Twin-J). Electronics is MEC active “3-way” system; pickup selector + coil options (rear coil, parallel humbucking, front coil). Black hardware.

String spacing adjustable betwen 16.5-17.5 mm. Bronze just-a-nut, 45 mm wide. The neck width at the 12th fret is 61 mm.
Weight: approximately 4.5-4.6 kg.
Currently with Elixir Nanoweb Nickel Plated rounwounds 045-130.

Personal impression:
Amazing woods and hardware, highly musical sound, great articulation and tonal quality, extremely versatile. The only subjective drawback for me is the weight as I got used to more lightweight basses in the past years. Also, the string spacing is 16.5-17.5 mm, which might be difficult for players used to a wider 19 mm spacing.
