Dr. Berg talks about long-term stress, cortisol is released. Cortisol is released during an emergency and allows you to cope or adapt to stress. It can increase high blood sugars, turn muscles into sugar, heighten awareness, decreases inflammation, stops reproduction, decreases WBCs, and increases the risk of infection. This is why chronic stress creates lowered weakened cortisol:
1. Allergies
2. Memory problems (depletion of O2)
3. Auto-immune conditions
4. Asthma
5. Viruses come out of remission
6. Insomnia
7. Belly fat

Repair the deeper causes - by supporting cortisol and the adrenal - increase your walking outside, vitamin D (sun), acupressure on the adrenal glands, lots of potassium, magnesium, and B-vitamins, and sleeping is good.
