Traditional Shaolin Kung Fu | Female Coach Demonstration
Tu Hua is a talented young coach of our girls class. She trains hard almost every evening after the classes, and has recently been focusing on Mei Hua Quan (as taught by Liu Cunliang back in 2012-13). This is just a short video to display the form in a more cinematic way and give her and her students some encouragement to keep up the hard training!

Our lineage is that of Wu Gulun (also known as Shi Jiqin) and can be traced back to Ji Long, the founder of Xinyi boxing. Our curriculum is different from the modern ones practiced in Shaolin nowadays - it includes many specific exercises, and emphasizes skills and principles.
