All my life (starting at age 5) I've wanted to become a singer. I've wanted nothing more than that.
At 5, it was me singing along to Billy Idol in the car.
At 11 it was while being in the school choir, taking guitar lessons are writing my first songs.
At 16, that was me wanting to join one of the casting shows, because I didn't know how else one could become a singer.
At 20, I was actively supressing my dream of becoming a singer. The world had made me weary of myself and my creativity.
At 23 I was slowly excavating my dream. I was scared and I still wasn't quite sure how to do it, but there was nothing I wanted more and I was finally admitting that to myself.
At 25 I published my first single.
At 26, I had my first newspaper article written about me.
At 28, I got my first radio play.
I am living my dream. I am a singer. They were wrong. My life is more beautiful than it has ever been before.
