Equip a Magic Truffle as a Weapon EarthBound (SNES) - A Wild Glitch Appears!

Описание: In Earthbound (aka Mother 2) for the Super Nintendo, there's a fairly easy glitch you can perform to equip normal everyday items as weapons or armors. And it involves using the Teddy Bear!

Here's how to perform this glitch. Arrange a character's inventory so that these items appear in this order somewhere in the character's items:
!. A Teddy Bear (or a Super Plush Bear)
2. An item that character can equip
3. An item you want to equip, even if that item is normally not equippable.

Now in battle, normally if you use the Goods command select a weapon or an armor, that character will use his turn to equip that weapon or armor in battle. For example if Ness were to use the Yoyo from his Goods in battle, he would equip that weapon on his turn and attack with it.

IF you arranged your inventory in the way shown above and you equip that equippable item using the Goods command in battle AND the Teddy Bear is defeated in combat BEFORE the item is equipped, the character will instead equip the item listed AFTER the item you selected due to the way your inventory shifts once an item (i.e. the Teddy Bear) is expended. Using this glitch, you can equip some strange items for some interesting effects.

In this example I was able to equip Poo with the Magic Truffle, which grants 80 Offense and 80 Guts, which is insane. For comparison, the Sword of Kings (his ultimate weapon) grants 30 Offense.
