In this video we visit,

Melbourne City. A birthday day out seeing the Christmas decorations, Queen Victoria Market following by a meal on the Yarra
A very brief visit to Olinda in the Dandenong Ranges, we need to go back and spend more time here.
Arthurs Seat. Taking the Eagle ride to the top and a walk around the gardens, with a pie for lunch, amazing views in the gondola, you can drive to the top if you prefer.
And finally a lunch date in Mordialloc with a visit to Braeside Brewery, a lovely big fat burger for me with a beer paddle to share.

If you're thinking of starting a YouTube channel yourself our recommendation is record with the equipment you already have i.e. your mobile phone, as the recording quality on most modern phones is great, this is how we started and over time we added extra equipment to help us improve our videos, here is a list of some of the kit we use on a regular basis today.

Our main camera is the DJI Osmo Pocket 3, it is small, versatile and produces great video. You can buy this as a standalone camera or as a bundle, we went for the bundle.

Before the Osmo our main camera was the GoPro Hero 11, we still use this as a secondary camera, however it is still great for action shots, i.e. cycling, beach or even in water.

To help improve our audio quality we use the DJI Mic set, there are newer versions available but this still works very well and is used on every video.
