Former Congressman Lee Hamilton died Tuesday night at the age of 94. He represented Indiana's 9th District in Congress from 1965 until 1999, becoming one of Congress' top foreign policy experts.
On Sept. 26, 1993, Hamilton appeared on the WISH-TV program Top Story with anchor Ken Owen. In this interview from our archives, Hamilton discusses uprisings in Russia against President Boris Yeltsin, the then-new NAFTA, the Oslo Accords, and President Bill Clinton's ultimately unsuccessful health care plan.
