First part of an original Xbox softmod demo.
Required hardware:
A working original Xbox which has not been opened (thrift shop, garage sale or trash can).
Must have dashboard D:1.00.5960.01 (Boot Halo 2 to get the dashboard updated)
An Xbox controller port to USB adapter cable (eBay)
An exploit game such as the first Splinter Cell, Mechassault or 007 Agent Under Fire
A USB stick, 4GB or less. I used a Sandisk 1 GB. Others may or may not work. This will
be formatted to FatX and all current content will disappear forever.
A Windows 7 or higher box
Required Software:
"Softmod Installer Deluxe v5.11 Final.zip"
This has everything you need to softmod the Xbox itself.
"Xplorer360.exe"
Tool to write files to a FatX formatted drive on a PC
