Описание: After almost two years of usage at my shop, I decided to upgrade my Emco 5 PC some more. First I used it in stock condition but with LinuxCNC control. Then I replaced its stock motors and electronics with affordable 5 axis BOB and modern steppers. Latest upgrade is replacing the stock spindle motor, spindle itself, adding a VFD and replacing stock bearings with tapered roller bearings. Now its even more rigid (I made tapered brass gibs a while ago replaced those plastic stock ones). Now its almost fully automatic - no more need to change belts in order to increase or decrease speed. Also, parting is much more easy to preform than it was earlier. I had to use SPINx1 board to get the ability to convert PWM signal to 0-10V analogue from BOB to VFD.
