কর্মীরা জানান, 'বেশিরভাগ সুবিধাই বন্ধ হয়ে গেছে। ড্রেনেজ ফ্যাসিলিটি বলতে কিছুই নেই। পানি হলেই কারখানাতে তা ঢুকে যায়। একটা কাগজ সারতে গেলেও আট থেকে দশদিন ধরে ধরনা দিতে হয়।

জনবলের সংকটে অনেকটাই বেকায়দায় কর্তব্যরতরাও। একজনের একাধিক দায়িত্বে অফিস করছেন ছুটির দিনেও।
