Welcome! In this build we are combining the Exotic Liar's Handshake with Arc Empowerment. The goal is to get MANY 1 hit melee defeats on a hunter. Aside from getting shotgunned alot, this build allowed me to get in close quarters and beat everyone up! You are going to see some wordline zero plays, because this sword is awesome. All meant for entertainment, enjoy.
