Hey guys heres 3 rules YOU have to stick too if you want see muscle gains..
1) Mind muscle connection, very important if not the most important factor when building muscle mass. You must focus and develop a connection with the muscle working to be able to contract and stretch on every rep. Its no good moving a weight up and down without making the muscle resist the weight, you can only do this through a mind muscle connection.
2) Different training styles, the body grows through tearing down fibres, we use different training styles to do this. High intensity and volume is important to make this possible. Pumping as much blood to a muscle as we can to expand and tear fibres is very important and these tactics will help with that.
3) Good form, very obvious and well known but still gets overlooked far to much. Maintain full range of motion, squeezing the muscle at the peak contraction and controlling the negative to tear down muscle is vital! This must never get overlooked if you want to see progress and muscle development.
