Part of my Alone in San Diego series.
Started the day early with a long run through San Diego. I’m training for longer distances while living with cc-TGA, a rare congenital heart condition, and mostly just checking in with how my body feels as I go. My calf was a little questionable after playing pickleball in the rain, so this was one of those “let’s see what happens” runs.
This vlog is a mix of a quiet morning routine, a hilly long run, post-run coffee, looking at apartments, and ending the day cooking chicken tinola at home.
Not medical advice. Just my experience trying to balance running and everyday life while living alone in San Diego.
