Metropolitan Police Disable Man in 2020

Описание: This video contains a contemporaneous recording relating to an incident involving the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) on 26 April 2020.

I am publishing it because it provides direct, real-time evidence of the conduct and escalation that occurred, and because it has become materially relevant to ongoing safeguarding, disability, and accountability issues that have followed.

It depicts a situation of misconduct, where Metropolitan Police Officers do not believe me when I inform them of a medical condition, are seen to be making allegations that would be based on no evidential information. At points the officers conduct is unacceptable.

Following this and an unrelated incident a few months prior that did result in hospitalisation due to the misconduct of the same South West Met Police Unit, the compounded effect of both of the traumatising events led to me becoming disabled with agoraphobia and PTSD. Which now MPS have been investigating me for not having a disability, they caused........

Why this matters:
Since 2024, MPS have communicated to NHS departments, HMCTS, and other third parties asserting that I am not disabled. Which goes against the assessment and determination of clinical psychologists. Disability is not something the police have lawful authority to determine, it is for a Judge to determine. MPS know this and have placed a freeze on any court fillings I have made in over 2 years, without providing me with anything that lawfully enables them to do this, preventing me from being able to challenge it in anyway. As such my Human Right Article 6 has been violated, which has triggered Article 14 violations.

This has now become a matter of my Human Rights being violated without any lawful basis, and without disclosure of a reason. This has left me unable to access protections, or justice against the Metropolitan Police Service. Also without reasonable adjustments it has meant significant disadvantage has been caused throughout any complaint or review process I have tried.

The IOPC for example simply have refused to review any complaint that has been submitted to them.

In June 2025, I learned that MPS obtained a court order for access to my medical records. Shortly afterwards, I discovered that my GP record prior to November 2024 appeared to have been removed and/or altered: previous diagnoses were no longer visible, and different diagnostic labels appeared in their place. As well as a document that I have attempted to legally dispute due to its strangely coincidental nature, which has been back dated by my GP to before the court order was issued. Strangely.....

I only became aware of this after a voicemail at lunch time on a Saturday in December, from the DWP referring to a “change of circumstances” and requesting urgent submission of income and expenditure information, indicating that third parties may have been notified of record changes before I was even aware.

As well as Companies house rescinding on a previously agreed waiver, stating my 'illness' was outside of what they state is there own pre-set timelines for how long something can effect a company director. Very strange.

But who seeks to benefit the most from the 'investigation' would be Barclays my mortgage provided. Who have failed at every opportunity to provide support. Despite holding the mortgage before this incident.

A FOI request shows that Barclays donate a sizeable sum each year to MPS events. This obviously might be purely coincidental, or it may not be.

There was no remarkable trauma related or mental health related concerns ever diagnosed prior to 2020. Due to lockdown, then working from home, it took several years before I had a diagnosis by the NHS.

The 6 year period for a negligence claim coinscidentally ends in April 2026. Which now my medical records have seemingly disappeared before being able to make a claim.
