Rather than relying on chaos or athleticism alone, he focuses on pacing, clean transitions, and forcing opponents into mistakes. In this episode, Salisbury talks about his rapid development as a young competitor, how he approaches leg locks and pressure passing, what he’s been refining in training, and what it’s like competing on bigger stages at such a young age.
