Описание: Union Home Minister Amit Shah has begun a three-day visit to Jammu and Kashmir. During the visit, Shah will conduct a comprehensive review of the security situation and inaugurate several key developmental projects.

He is expected to chair a high-level security review meeting, interact with political leaders, and hold separate meetings with BJP leaders and senior security officials. Shah is also scheduled to meet Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha at Lok Niwas.

As part of the visit, he may review Border Security Force preparedness along the International Border in Kathua district. Heightened security measures have been deployed across the region, including a surprise cordon-and-search operation in Srinagar’s Abi Guzar area ahead of his arrival.
