Tonight we’re having wagyu yakiniku, and it might be the most satisfying meal of this entire Japan trip.

Before that, we explored Obama City and Fukui Prefecture — visiting a local fish market auction, seeing the fresh catch of the day, tasting sashimi and tonkatsu, drinking natural spring water, and riding up to scenic spots like Rainbow Line Summit Park and Angel Scenic Drive.

But nothing prepared us for this final dinner…
