✨Recipe:
Ingredients:
• 8 fresh strawberries, washed and fully dried
• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
• ⅓ cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Melted chocolate, for coating
• Edible glitter
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, mix the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and thick.
2. Spoon or spread the peanut butter mixture over each strawberry, fully coating the outside. Place the coated strawberries on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until firm.
3. Melt the chocolate gently over a double boiler or in the microwave in short intervals, stirring until smooth.
4. Dip the chilled peanut butter–coated strawberries into the melted chocolate, letting any excess drip off.
5. Return the strawberries to the fridge until the chocolate is fully set.
6. Finish with a dusting of edible glitter, then serve and enjoy this peanut butter cup–inspired twist on a classic! 🍓🥜🍫
