Willys Jeep Grille Welting INSTALL

Описание: Instructional guide how to install grille welting on a 1947 CJ2A Willys Jeep. The welting is secured using split rivets through the factory drilled holes located on the top the grille. Holes are punctured through the welting with a punch that aline with the holes on the grille. The split rivets are bent using a flat head screwdriver and then squeezed with adjustable pliers.

2022 Kaiser Willys Calendar Winners (March)


During the harsh winter months in Canada we decided to take the Willys apart, fix a few parts, and get it back on the road. Then repeat this the next winter. During the winter of 2021 we rebuilt the brakes and basic engine upgrades (spark plugs, water pump, distributor, ignition coil, etc.). THIS winter of 2022 we are tackling to replace the transmission and transfercase but finding lots of other problems deep within the engine.
